Michael is a performer, California native, and incessant know-it-all. Classically trained at The University of Minnesota and Academy for Classical Acting in DC, he still spends most of his creative energy reciting iconic Sally Field monologues. Obsessed with camp, Michael is determined to do the Shakespeare what Taika Waititi did to Thor.

Peter is currently a writer and performer for “Attack of the Show” on G4TV. His recent theater credits include Jamie Lannister in Game of Thrones: The Musical, Tom Sawyer in Huck Finn, and Mike in The Unseen. A Bay Area bred Island boy, New York Conservatory graduate, survivor of an attempted homicide after being shot by an AK-47 (thank you Sidney Prescott of the Scream franchise for teaching me how to get down)...and a karaoke beast. Learned all my life lessons from Boy Meets World and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Christina Ricci rules...as does Jordan Peele.

Shannon is an Air Force veteran, a writer, and an actor most recently seen on SEAL TEAM, THE ROOKIE, and Nnamdi Asomugha’s upcoming feature film THE KNIFE. Her latest stage performances include The Geffen Playhouse and The Kennedy Center as a writer, actor, dancer, and singer.

Alejandro Garcia is the actor you would get If John C. Reilly and Jason Segel had a Mexican baby. He was born on the Texas/Mexico Border, currently living in Los Angeles and will fight with you about tacos. He has trained at Second City and Playhouse West. He loves projects that are comedic but have lots of heart. He can be seen performing locally every month at the Pack Theater in Los Angeles.

Lex is an actor originally from NYC who can and prefers to be described as a lovable weirdo. Theater games are the best and Lex is so thrilled to be here playin some in LA!

Sarah is is THRILLED to be making her 14/48 debut! She acted on Seattle area stages for 10 years before moving to Los Angeles in 2019 to pursue film. Time away from the stage during the pandemic reminded her that theatre is her first and forever love, and she can't wait to dive into the LA theatre scene.

I fell in love with playing pretend at age 3. My first show was a musical my dad wrote called “The Littlest Patriot” and from then on I was hooked! I have done stage, big screen, and little screen. You can see me as the lead in a limited theater release of The Wraith Within this December won’t Michael Madsen and Jonathan Joss.

Morgan Moessinger has been performing and acting since she was 4 years old. She has a BA in Theatre from UNR and moved down to LA after graduating to pursue her dreams. There is nothing she loves more than performing whether it’s with a instrument, on stage reciting lines, or even playing dnd live on twitch.

Bri Hunter is a UW Madison Theatre & Drama graduate who has performed with Madison Shakespeare Company and Will Geer’s Theatricum Botanicum. Bri is delighted to be participating in the 14/48 Festival doing what she loves with such talented people! She would like to thank her friends and family for their support.

Brandon Marino originally hails as a martial artist from Seattle who became a Professional Wrestler before finding acting. He's since trained at LAMDA for classical acting, and been seen on Z-Nation, Grimm, The Librarians and more. He's currently starring in and producing his own character driven action film, and currently resides in Los Angeles with a beloved collection of Batman comic books.

Tamara Koltes holds her MFA in Acting from East 15 Acting School of Loughton, England and her BFA in Theater from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. She has a background in dance and movement, with an interest in shaking up classical and original work. Recent stage appearances include: External Forces, Soulmates, A Dream Play, The Penelopiad, Around the World in 80 Days, Three Winters, Never Wonder Land, Romeo and Juliet, The Bernice Project, Consumed, along with the Edinburgh Fringe debuts of High School English and Splashback with Car Crash Productions. Tamara has performed in Seattle, New York, Minnesota, the United Kingdom, and Los Angeles. She is so excited to be a part of 14/48 here in LA!

Angelique is an actor, producer, and podcaster who has been working in Los Angeles for 5 1/2 years. She was most recently seen in Conundrum Theatre Company’s musical production of Cabaret. In addition, Angelique is a series regular on the scripted podcasts Cryptid Cape and season 2 of St. Mary’s School (for Children with the Stigmata). Angelique is passionate about theatre and very excited to be involved in 14/48 Hollywood’s first ever festival!

MERCEDES MARIA was born and raised in Massachusetts where at an early age she developed a passion for storytelling. Her work includes producing, acting, singing, writing and directing. She is a creative individual, whose goal is to tell real stories and bring light to people and experiences that are underrepresented, while sharing her own.

I am a California raised actor, director and collaborator who splits their time between Los Angeles, the Bay Area, CA and NYC.I have worked both on and off stage with San Francisco Playhouse, foolsFURY, Ragged Wing Ensemble, Crowded Fire Theater, American Conservatory Theater, TheaterFIRST and I am a familia member with Campo Santo and Latinx Mafia. With a particular interest in new works, I am drawn to collaborative and ensemble centered processes grounded in ritual, ceremony and community.

Grayson is a graduate and current company member at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He is the founder and executive director if The Gwydion Theatre Company. He will be appearing this November as ‘Beethoven’ in ‘Dog Sees God’ at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

Forged in the forests of the Pacific Northwest, Maddie Downes is a writer and performer. You can catch her and her buds every Thursday at 9pm at Oeno Vino in Atwater Village hosting "Comedy Near Me", a comedy variety show. Her directorial debut "A Home Invasion" is causing giggles and winning awards at festivals all over the country. She lives in LA with her husband and dog. She's very funny.

After 30 years working as an actor, director, and teaching artist in Seattle, Heather relocated to LA during Covid. Heather’s work has been seen at Seattle Shakespeare Company, Village Theater, Arts West, Taproot Theater, Intiman, ACT, 14/48 Productions , and Book-It Theater. She is the recipient of several Seattle Times Footlight Awards for Excellence in Acting and was nominated for a Best Actress Gregory Award for her work as Corrine in Gideon’s Knot at Seattle Public Theater.

Jessica is an award-winning actor, director, writer, and producer based in Los Angeles. After graduating from an intense, two-year acting & film conservatory in NYC and studying at the Sundance Institute, Jessica has gone on to write, direct, produce, and star in films that have played at numerous film festivals and won her awards for acting & directing.

Jessica wrote, directed, produced and stars in the upcoming feature film Escaping Ohio, set in her hometown of Akron. Alongside Jessica, the film stars Collin Kelly-Sordelet (Radium Girls, Wildling), Emily Bergl (Shameless, Desperate Housewives), and Adam Pascal (Rent, School of Rock).

Luke Steinborn is an actor, improviser and writer originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota and has worked professionally as an actor throughout the Midwest and Southern California. Most recently you can see him in a supporting role in the film Operation Seawolf, releasing in select theatres and streaming October 7th. Luke holds a BFA in theatre performance from MNSU, Mankato with improv training from The Second City and Lauren Patrice Nadler studios. Outside of performing he loves to rock climb, play sports, and fish. Luke is ecstatic to collaborate with the participants of 1448!).


Hi, I’m Lu, I’m an actor, playwright, director, sometimes clown, artist, and everything in between! Recent UCI drama graduate. I like sharing moments and things with as little context as possible. I’m a combination of pretty lights, glitter, extreme emotions, cats, and a little bit of witchcraft (or magic? ;)), and my art is a reflection of that. I’m very excited to be a part of this project!

Jake Ynzunza is an actor, writer, and producer living in Los Angeles. He's originally from Seattle, WA where he performed on stage with several theatres, including ACT, Annex Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare Company, and is a veteran of the 14/48 festival. On camera, he's best known for co-starring roles on GRIMM and Single Parents. 

 

Jake is a D&D enthusiast and the co-founder/Dungeon Master of The Die is Cast Gaming-a group of professional actors playing D&D. You can catch their live-play RPG stream "The Watched City" Monday nights at 7:30PM on their Twitch channel:  twitch.tv/thedieiscastgaming

Andromeda grew up performing dance and theatre on stages in Washington state. In LA since 2003, she works as a voice actor, voicing characters in animation, video games, commercials, promos, trailers — and has been the narrator of HGTV’s “House Hunters” franchise since 2009. A 5-time 14/48 veteran, she met her husband at 14/48 Seattle, and is excited to make some quick theater with the talented LA community in 14/48 Hollywood’s debut!

g. joshua sliwa is an actor, director, producer and photographer. He is honored to have participated in over a dozen 14/48 productions in Seattle as an actor and photographer. He also met his wife and got engaged at 14/48. Needless to say, he has a lot of love for 14/48.
